📦 Shipping & Delivery Information
We ship worldwide using Royal Mail Tracked and DHL Express. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
🚫 Orders are not processed or dispatched on Wednesdays, Fridays, weekends, or UK bank holidays.
👓 Product Types & Timing
Frame-Only Orders
- Dispatched the same day if ordered before 2pm on a processing day (Mon, Tue, or Thu).
- Orders placed after 2pm or on non-processing days are sent on the next available dispatch day.
Prescription Glasses & Sunglasses
- Custom lenses are sent to our lab on Tuesdays and Thursdays only.
- They take 7–10 working days to prepare.
- Once ready, they’re dispatched on the next available Tuesday or Thursday.
If you order both prescription and frame-only items, everything ships together once ready.
